It’s hard to find something new to do on YouTube. Collab vids. Check. Annotated interactive vids. Check. Vlogs. Uh, duh, check. So about a week ago I had an idea for something that I hadn’t seen on YouTube before. I wanted to provide dozens and dozens of phrases, half-sentences and other random clips that could [...]
For a small fee that you set, YouTube will now feature (or “sponsor”) your videos in YouTube search results. Google owns YouTube, so this type of advertising, similar to AdWords, makes a lot of sense (no pun intended). I’ve written videos for Lisa. I’ve edited a video for Buck… After which I always get asked a lot about how I became friends with, or how [...]

Sometimes a video manages to inspire YouTubers to actually turn on their cameras and respond to, or parody, what they’ve just seen instead of being a passive viewer. Some of these videos even manage to do this while remaining underground. Here, I’m going spotlight videos which [...]
I was recently interviewed for a future issue of FHM magazine to hit newsstands in October. This is the full interview:
When did you begin posting videos on YouTube?
For a while, I just uploaded how-to videos and a short film that I needed to be able to put on my own website. I began posting these [...]
